I have just looked at the fuel consumption on the Derby run on my RE
65mpg on way up - mostly motorway 77mpg around the dales 66mpg on way back - mostly motorway
As a comparison dis 159 miles to day up to and around Hoar Park which was 73mpg
Just shows you use more fuel on motorways

its a great run up holme moss and down the other side. I took your good advice from last year on the way home last sunday and took the mortimer road, cocked it up a bit and ended up in penistone instead of holmfirth (oops) but no big deal, all roads lead to huddersfield. 310 mile total trip for me over the derbyshire weekend and loved them all
