So I’ve checked the battery tonight and still around 12.88 when standing not running I’ve cleaned the contacts on the red connector coming out of the rectifier they were a little green and grubby and when revving bike 6000rpm getting a reading between 14 to14.10 so I believe this to be ok , when I switch dipped beam light on dropping to around 13.40 ?? I believe this should be adequate to charge battery ?? Agreed

This afternoon I’ve been checking and cleaning up the connections around rectifier and I’ve found a broken wire , it’s 1 of the 3 yellow wires from the stator , bike still runs and is charging at 13.4 bolts not sure what these yellow wires are for so I need to source a new connector it’s on the main harness side not the stator side

yep looks like theres a phase missing, I'd het that connection back and then drop a multimeter on the battery with the engine running and see what reading you get, fingers crossed its problem solved
