Visited a second hand furniture dealer (who I think is about to retire ) in Horncastle He always has a few boxes of junk Managed to buy this lot of him for the princely sum of £5 (some cleaning up required) First Question Have 4 different sets of these what are they - how are they used? I am hoping the angle square cleans up - it is Moore and Wright

Complete bargain for that lot!
Chaser dies - used on a lathe? I'm thinking back to my 'O' level metalwork days. Part of the exam was cutting threads with the lathe.
I have a Moore and Wright angle square...somewhere. It was a set. You had the adjustable angle bit, a 90 degree set square bit and a 45 degree bit and they all slide onto the steel rule

We bang on about SD originality to me it is just as important in everything old This is the micrometer - first one I have seen in a genuine manufacturer glasses case and look at the fragile instructions

I do hope you wear white gloves when handling the instructions.

Bargain there BP.The die blades are for a Coventry Diebox.Think I have a die head somewhere that size, never keen using one of them always favoured a Landis diebox they’re more suited to Capstan or Turret lathes
