I think these could be ordered and bought, not many did due to the sheer cost (made bimota's look cheap), they were based on either a gsx suzuki engine or z1, just for the sheer strength of those engines. they were built as a turbo from the ground up, so pinned and welded crank, new rods, forged low comp pistons etc. the really expensive bit came with the cylinder head, they basically welded it up and started again from scratch (can you imagine the expense?) shrinking the inlet valves and expanding the exhaust valves, this alone probably made it the most civilised turbo bike but sadly you'd have needed a pools win to buy one
