Just to throw my thoughts in on it, I'm also going with what is basically a 400NC with 400NB euro bofywork.....and a kicker style seat cover by the looks.
Shame we can't get a look at the actual clock set to confirm the theory. Headlamp brackets also look to be the lower set items which also indicates NC along with the front brakes.
How much was it?
EDIT : I just saw your comments on the clocks BP. All in all a bit of a bitser then? But for someone not fussed with originality and if it was all up together, running and registered it would make a good buy for the right person, if the price was right.
