That's right nothing wrong at all, bugger, ok then bring forth the FireBlade, not used it this year so a refresh is in order, behold a picture.
First off refresh the brakes, oooo nice
Then onto the carbs, no hammers will be involved..... yet.

Very nice Dave, bought mine back in 2008 for not a lot of money, it was in a bit of a state and took till 2013 to get it sorted, finding original unmolested parts was a nightmare, it's even worse now, fortunately I amassed a large stash of spares, the only part I'd like to get now is the front fairing cowl as a spare, got all the other fairing and tail unit panels safely stored away along with two extra tanks, carbs the original silencer and many other bits and Bob's.

I bought my RRX at same time as a younger work mate who’d just bought a R1 he reckons Honda gave free “pipe and slippers” to every Fireblade buyer😂😂 a great bike which I replaced with a Suzuki SV1000🙀🙀 quickly followed by a 1 litre Fireblade.Always liked Hondas😁

Excuse me for saying but Superdream and fireblade are like chalk and cheese. Could I ask which bike you prefer to ride ?

If I'm honest the 1000 is my preferred choice, but sometimes I can't be arsed with warp factor 10.
My favourite thing to do is go for a blast on the 1000 then go out immediately on the Superdream, it's hilarious, throttle pinned everywhere not going very fast, but I do enjoy it

Slow progress at the moment, rear caliper rebuilt with new seals, piston, rubbers etc, blasted and painted the carrier
Now onto cleaning this lot
However, what bugs me is this
That's right, a bloody dent in the tank, happened a couple of years ago whilst it was stored at work. So what I need is to find a bloody good company to sort it out, there's a couple of other mark's so repair and repaint is on the cards, however I have seen some really shitty paint jobs and this must be exact, colours, decals the lot, I've got a couple of spare tanks so I really want two done. But I know not of such a company, what say the forum, any recommendations.

When Stafford is on in April there is a Guy that is there that specialises in removing dents like that without damaging the paint Worth while having a chat

Not sure dent removal will do it, there's some creasing as well, I'd prefer to find someone who can repair and refinish back to original, probably cost a fortune, but so be it, who said bikes were cheap 🤔
