Hi all so I have done many trips to France but not on an 81 cb400n, does anyone know if it will be doable im happy cruising at 70,
How would you prep such an old machine, and what would you change /replace?
Thanks!

I’ve not used a Superdream in France been on modern bikes and I find French roads better, went on a Burgman auto scoot couple of years ago.I reckon a 400 would be ok I’d just change oil/filter and take spare plugs and few basic tools with spare bulbs that you have to take ( allegedly 😁 ) I’d have no worries it’s a Honda😂😂

As long as it’s all up together & good oil & checked over I would have no probs trusting it

So I have decided not to go, I have no issue trusting the bike but the boring parts..... 70 plus in a motorway to the ferry will not be fun on a 400 wotb no wind protection :/
