Indeed brethern, nothing brings more joy to Lord Beer than the kindness of others, much happiness and beer consumption shall be enjoyed this night for soon this wee chap shall be odorned in Odins glorious colour blue. Lord Beer strives to honour thy fathers wishes, the least I can do for his years of wisdom and setting me upon the path which leads to much merriment and enlightenment, but none of this is possible without the efforts of good forum members, come forward Sirs Duffer and Buster and be recognised, your names shall be added to thy great hall's wall of honour.

Many battles have been won by the great God Odin and Lord Beer but neither of us shall upset the true ruler, or it's shandy and mopeds for the rest of time, a most terrifying punishment.

Paint and spare panels being gathered. Much thrashing of peasants to see they mix new paints to my full satisfaction. Expect a new thread soon. Methinks Lord Beer will wish to keep both the original red and the new blue sets. Such easy to interchange trickery could confuse his local rozzers.

If it's ok with you Sir duffer, I would like to keep the red set as they are original to the bike, I have another tail piece if you get stuck though. With regards to the local plod, they do indeed keep their distance, Lord Beer has many evil gremlins at his disposal that strike fear into local law enforcement, here they are on a night out.

Probably being a bit picky here, but there is a warning decal on the tank, wear your helmet, preserve nature blah blah, does anyone know where such a decal can be obtained, anyone got a similar model with this decal still on, this is what it looks like on the red tank, looking for originality here so size and colour important. Also, most importantly, the filler lock is secured by a pin, has anyone removed said pin and reinstated, information on this greatly appreciated.

Not in the slightest bit surprised you would like to keep the originals. I would. I have a good tail, side panels and soon, a tank. I will paint the set as planned. The tank is already yours, and happy to exchange the painted tail and side panels for old stock if you can find a couple of side panels. All work to be posted here for all to follow. Anyone got any side panels that could be put to good use ?? π Go on...you know you're never going to use em....be part of the effort. ππ
