being more sensible for a mo, do you mean colour wise? I'd say pretty good just on the side of rich (safer than lean)

where the sparks happening its got that nice brown tinge (the colour you want) if it was lean they would be grey or if really lean almost white. are all four plugs the same colour? theres a bit of soot (black, just on the side of rich) around the rim but nothing that would concern me. what bike are they out of? and hows it running badly?

My initial thoughts are that yes it might be running lean.....but there is carbon shown on other areas of that plug.
