HI CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE Have frame with no v5 or reg number Frame is stamped cb250n-2201568 can anyone check this out for me please Have you looked on ebay for a seller that can provide this service? This is on there now (not me, I don't know him and I haven't used the service). I have circled his ebay name for you to search. Part of his listing. The frame number suggests it to be a NB or ND-B

I have used this eBay listing, I didn’t have to pay as they couldn’t find the registration.
Just message them and they will tell you if they can get the registration before you pay 👍

Sorry you are having no luck. But the fact is, that bike is on those records somewhere. If someone gave me 5 minutes access on HPI I am sure I would find it for you without issue. When I helped CTB with his some years ago, I went to a local car dealer that I knew who had HPI access. We tried the frame number in around four or five formats in total before the magic reg number flashed up on his terminal. I am guessing these services may not be trying that, I don't see any other explanation. Conversely, this is why websites such as 'How Many Left' have flawed data which is NOT accurate and should not be relied upon - because it relies on historic DVLA data that had zero consistency in its format. So when someone states that there are only twenty of a certain bike model left, this is why. Try and find someone local who is a bit more persistent with the HPI system. Don't bother with DVLA as some vehicles indeed do not show up any longer on their servers for whatever reason. Rubbish in = rubbish out.
