Welcome, looks a good base for a restoration
The back of the mirrors look to be of European styling rather than UK, UK ones has knuckles on the bottom, do you know if it was originally registered in the UK, if not it just has had replacement mirrors
Also looks to be an NA model, Engine no beginning CB250NE-21…. Frame no CB250N-21….. - Probably late 1979/1980

Hi yes the engine number ends ne and i am not show about the chassis number cb250221 is this what you mean thinks its allways been in uk put i have to do some more digging any ideas
