On the cheap you say, how so? well the boss likes nice cars but doesn't like to pay full price, so we buy crash damaged stuff from the Salvage Market website. (note: nothing that's unsafe, you'd be surprised how little it takes to write off a car)
In the last few months we've done a few nice cars, A class AMG, SL65 AMG BiTurbo
But now the biggy, 2016 Bentley Flying Spur W12
Auction price 19k, so how much will this all cost, answers on a blank cheque, Bentley parts costs are erm, interesting, so won't be doing that, how about a wing for 5.5k, eek, not doing that, so secondhand it will be, first off a wing for 1.5k
Headlight 3.5k, nope, 900 quid from Germany, strangely RHD as well.
Suspension parts had to come from Bentley, a couple of arms 800 quid 😯 complete with Audi badges cast into them 😄
So that's where it's at, tune in for more squeaky bum prices, then it's the body repairs and paint, oh dear, at least the factory pigeon likes it 😄
