Let us know if you have any ideas for the forum. Anything you'd like to see.....suggestions, or anything you think could be made easier ie the forum functionality etc
Bit strapped for time this week, but my priority is to get the model identifier back on course with help from John.
Things will get more refined as we go on, I promise you.
Every suggestion from every one of you is totally valid.
Keep the faith.

would a parts identifier (maybe a sub board on model identifier) be a good idea? it could be useful for my next question which is does the 1 on this master cylinder denote that its for a 250 model (its an ebay listing with the usual 250/400 header)

The way I identify them is that the 250N version says 14 underneath and the one for the twin disc 400N should show 5/8.

Both these features can be accessed under where I have highlighted a yellow line under them (see screen shot below). Does it work for you chaps? Can you let me know?

The two boxes shown under the board 'LEGEND' is simply telling us what a new thread looks like and what an non-new thread looks like....
That's why when you click on those images, nothing happens. It is part of the whole information system at the bottom or the forum. I could disable it but that would mean all the info would be disabled. Let me know if this has helped.

Some great new ideas coming through.....so far we have
Services directory recommendations (couriers, paintwork, chrome etc) parts identifier, CMSNL combined shout out.
Let me know whenever you think of more, they will be implemented as soon as physically possible.

There are many sexy free 'plug ins' that are available for these forums to make them look a bit better. I'll see if I can find the one that can highlight these particular options. Thanks for the feedback and it was great to put a face to the name today Andy.
