Anyone with a so called DVLA taxation ‘historic’ class vehicle received one of these on behalf of the mayor of London?

Then there's the Birmingham Clean Air charge. I had to pay 8 quid for the privilege of dirtying their air. No wonder the place was deserted. But you should have seen the amount of dust created by the machines that were clearing the old fruit market and Pershore Street multi-storey.

Not stating the obvious, but I doubt if Mr.Khan actually sat down and thought “I think I’ll send a letter out about this regarding that 1975 Norton Commando" to its owner who lives in Cumbria" 😂 I suspect his plate has been cloned in London unfortunately and the computer automatically sent the letter out. I'm assuming the letter shown above was to someone in London?

I object to being made to pay to drive/ride to a place where my likely reason for going would be to spend hard earned folding boosting their local economy so they can f##k off and I’ll go elsewhere.

I'm spending my money into that economy why should I pay to park. sorry off topic a bit

I can't say about London, but in Brum it has certainly cut down on the traffic in the city centre, to almost nothing on the day we were there. I only saw two taxis. Normally on a nice warm afternoon there would be plenty of people about too but it was so quiet. But there is still a lot of construction work going on creating dust and added fumes from their vehicles but I guess that is unimportant.
