Brake caliper shaft bolts question.

I’ve noticed that the two shaft bolts on the Deluxe caliper are possibly fitted the wrong way. The one marked upper on the bolt head is in the lower position. The caliper has always appeared to work ok but wondered how important this is? The only difference I can see is the plating finish. Any help or advice is much appreciated,
