Didn't have much time to do much but change the oil.....next time.......she will be turning dark grey for a start. NOS genuine seat was also fitted, USA sourced.

Looking better in black Nick👍 More tomorrow...little story. It was moonscape grey but erm black (officially) in the USA, Just off to kip. But this was a celebration of the 69 moon landing apparently.

A mate of mine had a Black/Chrome Thunderbolt with a sidecar attached ( for his daughter ) bigends went he rebuilt the motor and he rode it down to Somerset one Easter running it in and it seized up 🙀 he sold it and bought a 550 Honda😁 lovely looking bike I liked the blue Royal Star too

Ignorance/crap parts/crap machining gave us the shite we bought from British manufacturers and we accepted it as normal,till in mine and my mates experience we discovered 550 Hondas ( I bought one few weeks after)

But having said that the parts and better knowledge we have makes the old Brit bikes very desirable always get attention at meets like an early A10 at 2 stroke Sunday today😁
