On SME the Speedo does not start moving until 30mph A while back I bought a 9000 mile speedo but broke the needle when I stripped it Discovered that the CB125T Superdream uses the same needles This was donated by CTB Identical needles Research on YouTube showed 2 spoons was the way to take off needles one needle successful one not Amended the mileage on the clock UP I know Rebuilt clock, will swap it onto SME next week

That's very good work.
The clocks on mine seem to be working OK, but besides a bit of rust around the bezel, the trip counter reset knob has been snapped off. I'm not about to go rummaging in the brambles to try and find it, but I was wondering if you happened to know if the reset knob was easily replaceable and also is the bezel easy to remove to treat the rust or should I just leave it attached and paint on some rust remover instead?

The knob screws off Will post pictures later

This is the knob, this is the view when it is removed ( remember left hand three so screws off clockwise If yours is snapped off and you can’t grip it I would try removing the grommet and using some small long nose. Pliers

No better way but I use long nose pliers as the lever not a screwdriver
