Anyone go information as to who sells the float needle valve seat. They are a push fit. Nothing wrong with carbs other than it will not shut off when float rises. Any pionters will be welcome.

I would clean the seats with a bit of autosomal and cotton bud first My experience is they leak due to the float needle, had the same issue on mine - replaced the float needles with new ones problem solved

My understanding is you cannot get that seat our for love nor money, but could be wrong. If the above does not work I think you may need to seek an alternative set of carbies.

Using a cotton bud and Solvol Autosol doesn’t just clean it but it Laps the face giving a better seal/seat might sound a silly thing to do but it definitely works

Before you do anything, get the new seats.
Pushed in, unlikely, interference fit more probable.
Some of the jets have an interference fit also so be mega carefull.
Mind you, a convertion to a screw fit may work.
Look up expantion rates for different metals...
You have taps and dies ?
Warm oil ( or water ) and a fridge spring to mind...
