Just been out getting that very expensive air dry gloss black paint in a tin this morning, and was moaning about the fact that you never get to the bottom of the tin without the damn stuff going crusty like this - The fella behind the counter then said " All you do is put the lid on well and store it upside down." What ? FFS ? I have no idea how I got to the age of 36 (Shut UP !) without knowing that simple trick. So does anyone have any more ideas like this

if the lid isnt all bent to buggery you can do a similar thing in shaking the tin so that paint coats the whole inside, no skin and no risk of leaks because you can store it the right way up then
on a totally unrelated subject (how did I not know this) I found out the other day that percentages are reverseable, 10% of 25 is the same as 25% of 10. how did I get to this point in life not knowing that?
