I do watch a lot of gash on 'Yew Toob'. Occasionally there is something interesting. I don't normally watch Stuart Fillingham as I just cannot stand hIs commentary style - it's like chalk screeching on a blackboard. But I did find this quite accurate and interesting.
The main message is - HANG ONTO YOUR BIKES.

Not that much sense but some. I wish I could use a voice box to translate the ‘drone’ though.

The content of this video is rather depressing. I would agree with buying new or generally if buying from dealers. However with bikes and cars if you buy private second hand at the right age, price and condition you can avoid big losses. I’ve only ever had 2 new bikes a TDR250 in 1992 and my Interceptor 2021, both bikes I think are fantastic and losing money on them is ok for the joy they bring me 😃. On the flip side As we all know if I’d kept the TDR250 it would be worth double what I paid for it new in 1993 🥹.

Agree with most of what he was saying🤔 I’ve bought a few new bikes and cars and used the occasion to trade/get rid of something.I traded an old Honda in for the Interceptor I was very happy with the deal 😁.Like CTB I look at amount of pleasure the bikes given during ownership and most bikes have been a pleasure ( few exceptions 😬 ) I’ll hang on to the Interceptor and likely use it more next year.
