I managed to avoid getting COVID until October 2022 but by that time I had had my initial 2 vaccinations, my booster and then an autumn booster so was well vaxed up.
So in 2022 I only really felt ill for 24 hours.
Caught COVID again last week but my daughter will remain nameless as the source, I think I was infected Tuesday had a bit of a cough on Thursday but was pretty ill for 3 days over the weekend. I must have been ill as I missed breakfast with CTB and DFS on Monday
My conclusion is the vaccine effect has pretty much worn off
Thoughts please

Just had my booster on the 8th Dec, Dad had his at the end of November, his seventh vaccine (just before flying off to a warmer climate)
I think cases are up slightly in Thailand, with one article suggesting they reckon it is now trending to be seasonal like Flu??

Had my booster done at the end of October and the flu jab the same time so am up to date. As far as I know, I have dodged covid. I only had one official test done though when my oldest daughter came down with it. PCR tests have all been negative too.
I have had the pneumonia jab a while back, a one off jab thankfully. Nursey said there may be a reaction. It made me really rough and I was in bed for five days! Wife only had a slightly sore arm with it.
I do think it's now going to be regarded the same way as seasonal flu and be with us forever. Nobody seems to give a toss about it now.

I seem to have slipped through the net on a booster, had a couple of colds this winter (tested negative for covid both times) the first one really knocked me for 48 hours, I was starting with the shivers and thought it was flu, then it just went away as quick as it arrived.
