What's this, an empty section of the forum, barren, devoid of content, but no more.
With the season of good will upon us, and motorcycling almost none existent I shall be, to put it bluntly, bored shitless 😴
However my machine shop and indeed the entire factory shall be at my disposal, I plan to machine replacement stainless steel wheel spacers and other such goodies to pass the time.
So if any good forum members require such parts, then speak up and thou shall receive these shiney parts of goodness for the princely sum of......
.......postage only.
If wheel spacers etc are required for bikes other than Superdreams please supply sizes, dwg, pictures, back of fag packet scribbles accepted, please also note lathes, milling machines, benders and guillotines etc only, they won't buy me cnc stuff 😕
Please also note that all parts will be machined before Beer o'clock, and as such will be accurate and as requested.
Merry Christmas*

Would these be possible? 2 in No? They are the 28mm Diameter left sprocket side spacers for ND style wheels. The right hand spacer is the same as all the other models thankfully. I don't know why the outer flange was made 33.8mm, I would think it would still work fine at the standard 30mm OD. Sorry for taking so long to reply...Thanks

Oh no, two days sitting in the house watching rubbish telly, the lure my machine shop is strong, so first on the list is this special bolt thingy for a Hi-lux off road bouncy mud plugger, replacing the unacceptable length of stud bar and various nuts bodge that went before it, the owner is happy, and the crate of Heineken most welcome 😁

No apology necessary, does the groove actually do anything, if not it'll save me making a tool to precise dimensions.

I would like a set of wheel spacers for my rusty 250 restoration, the originals were cut off as they were rusted solid to the axle 🥴

Lord Beer shall grant your request, I shall take off my wheels and replicate all spacers as you require, unless someone has the sizes to hand 🤔

Well done Pete,
Found some in the hut, it's Baltic out there!
Can I add....
The center bores appears to be 17.3-17.4mm, and there is a 1x1 chamfer on both ends of the center bore/ spindle hole.
The outer edge of the 30mm bar, out of 5 spacers, only 2 edges have a clear small chamfer, so it looks like the outer edge just get a rub to take the sharpness away.
